Express Scripts Associate Business Analyst in Bloomington, Minnesota
The Associate Business Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the preparation of financial lives reporting and set up of associated client assignment data. This position also will be responsible for set up of new clients for external commission payments.
Set up new clients for external commission processing. Research commission eligibility through interpretation of client contracts, setup forms from CRM system and Commission system.
Complete monthly data loading, reconciliation and report creation for financial lives (membership) reporting. Answer questions from business areas regarding membership data. Participate in related automation projects.
Set up new clients in Client Assignment database with information from CRM system, implementation reports and legal contracts. Complete reconciliation of client assignment information on a monthly basis for validation to supporting systems. Produce reporting monthly of client assignment data.
Review daily contract notification for updates to broker commissions and client assignment systems.
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or equivalent work experience with 1 to 3 years of additional experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills required. Experience with SQL Servers, Excel VBA and accounting systems helpful.
- Knowledge of PBM and healthcare industry helpful.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and attention to detail required.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to demonstrate self-initiative, work cross functionally to resolve issues as they occur.
